What to Expect?

Prospective employees can expect the following steps in the application process:

Step 1:   

Apply to a job posting listed under Career Opportunities by selecting “apply” besides the job posting. We wish to thank all applicants, however, only those invited for an interview will be contacted directly.

Step 2:
Attend an interview (should you be contacted by the Dryden Regional Health Centre as part of the pre-screening process).

Step 3:
Pre-employment conditions exist. The Release of Information Form authorizes verification of three (3) employment references.  A Criminal Record Check may be required.

Step 4:
Complete the hiring documentation prior to your first day of work.

Step 5:
Attend a general hospital orientation session upon the first day of employment. We want to start off with a great first and supportive impression of the DRHC for you.
