Permanent Full-Time Administrative Assistant
The Kiiwetinoong Healing Waters Ontario Health Team (KHWOHT) is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships and advancing integrated care solutions for our communities. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as Administrative Assistant. In this integral role, you will provide administrative/clerical support to the Director of Integrated Care, and KHWOHT as assigned.
The Administrative Assistant supports and contributes to the guiding principles, mission statement, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Kiiwetinoong Healing Waters Ontario Health Team, with effective communication with all levels of members within the team. This is a Work from Home/ virtual position; therefore, we are looking for a highly organized and collaborative professional, who will operate effectively in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintains a system approach for virtual office management and KHWOHT support
Maintains appropriate information management for the implementation and monitoring of administrative services

This is a Non-Union position; salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience $31.65/hr-$34.75/hr.
