Casual Clinical Information Clerk

The Dryden Regional Health Centre has an immediate part-time opening for a qualified Clinical Information Clerk in the Health Records Department. The clerk works in a variety of areas within the hospital such as Admitting and the Emergency department. Job duties would include admitting/registering patients, reception duties and switchboard communications.



  • Certified course in Medical Terminology or the ability to obtain
  • Previous experience in a medical setting an asset
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the job
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conscientious with attention to detail
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Ability to adhere to the DRHC's policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Dryden Regional Health Centre's Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior
  • Demonstrates DRHC Core Values; Accountability, Integrity, Humility, Compassion and Respect
  • Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination status to be presented prior to hire
