REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technologist program
Current registration with the C.M.L.T.O.
1 year current experience
Current Blood Bank experience an asset
Ability to communication clearly and function under pressure
Ability to teach, problem solve and organize
Ability to lead and work well in cooperation with co-workers and other departments
Proven attendance record
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrates behaviours consistent with Dryden Regional Health Centre's Code of Conduct and Standards of Behaviour
Demonstrates DRHC Core Values; Accountability, Integrity, Humility, Compassion and Respect
Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination status to be presented prior to hire.
