Dryden Area Family Health Team

The Dryden Area Family Health Team is an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals focusing on primary health care and chronic disease management and prevention. The team functions in collaboration with your family doctor to provide a seamless cycle of care.

The Dryden Area Family Health Team falls under the umbrella of the Dryden Regional Health Centre and is governed by a skills-based Board consisting of 14 Directors including Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Chief of Staff, President of the Medical Staff and Chief Nursing Executive.

The Board of Directors fosters a dynamic and collaborative relationship with hospital and medical staff leadership and is ultimately accountable for the success, accountability and sustainability of the Dryden Area Family Health Team.
