We offer financial incentives, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive mentorship program for new RN graduates with a 2-year return of service agreement.

If you're currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) program, we would love to hear from you!

Whether you're in first year, or heading into your final semester, we offer a variety of supports and incentives up to $60,000 to help you transition and thrive into your new career as a Registered Nurse:

  • DRHC's New Graduate Bursary Program: up to $15,000 with a 2-year Return of Service agreement.
  • Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) incentives for eligible RNs up to $25,000; PLUS
    • Northern Top-Up Grant ($10,000)
    • Northern Relocation Grant ($10,000)
  • Relocation Assistance and reimbursement for moving expenses.
  • Short-Term Accommodations are available to help you settle during your relocation.

In addition to financial incentives, new grad RNs also get the opportunity to participate in our New Graduate Mentorship Program, a three-month structured mentorship with experienced nurses to build confidence, clinical skills, and a smooth transition to practice.
